This visa allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents to visit their families in Canada. It enables you to stay for up to five years without leaving the country and have multiple entries for up to 10 years.

Have a signed letter from your child or grandchild inviting you to Canada
Have health insurance from a Canadian insurance company
Have financial support (proof of funds)
